Insight Meditation
As part of the Star of the Sea Centre, the Salt Spring Insight Meditation Community will offer a regular drop-in Wednesday evening meditation from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, beginning on July 13th This will be a silent meditation with some guidance, followed by a dharma talk. This is an open group and everyone is welcome.
